The Power of Facebook
QATARDEBATE
QatarDebate started as debate program for high school and university students in Doha, Qatar. Within two years, it was running the largest World Schools Debate Championship with 54 countries participating. The challenge was building an international community after the in-person events ended and to include those not in attendance. Facebook was the primary means of building this larger, international debate community. QatarDebate had over 5,000 followers within one year. It was one of the first to be that big on Facebook.
QatarDebate’s Facebook community is now almost 145,000 followers, making QatarDebate’s impact a truly global reach.

Top of Their Industry on LinkedIn
International Education Company
The challenge was that this company wanted to reach the parents and potential influencers of students who could enroll in their educational programs. We focused on posting professional highlights of the company since LinkedIn is a professional platform, as opposed to a social one. These included highlighting teaching and administrative staff, academic partnerships, and student academic accomplishments.
As a result of the increased engagement on their page, this positioned the company to be at the top of their industry, receiving recognition to the point where LinkedIn called them directly to invite additional promotional opportunities.
